These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Lunerr website, online store, content, products, features, and related services, collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Lunerr is operated by HONGKONG YIXINYUAN TECHNOLOGY CO LIMITED. Our online store is hosted through Shopify.

By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

Customer Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to make a purchase.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting the login credentials and activity associated with it.

Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe product dimensions, materials, finishes, controls, lighting effects, power requirements, included components, and intended use accurately.

However:

  • Screen settings and room lighting may affect color appearance.
  • Illuminated and unilluminated products may look different.
  • Natural materials and handmade finishes may vary.
  • Dimensions may differ slightly because of production tolerances.
  • Brightness and color perception can vary by environment.
  • Styled photographs may include objects not supplied with the product.

Customers must review the complete product information before purchasing.

Electrical and Product Safety

Customers must follow all product instructions, warning labels, and power specifications.

Unless product-specific instructions state otherwise:

  • Use the product only for its intended purpose.
  • Use only the supplied or specified power source.
  • Confirm voltage and adapter compatibility before connection.
  • Keep electrical parts dry.
  • Do not use a damaged cord, plug, housing, adapter, bulb socket, or battery compartment.
  • Do not cover the product or block ventilation.
  • Keep it away from curtains, paper, bedding, and other flammable materials.
  • Place it on a stable surface.
  • Switch it off and disconnect power before cleaning or moving it.
  • Do not disassemble or modify electrical components.
  • Keep small parts, batteries, and cords away from children and pets.
  • Do not leave the product operating unattended unless it is specifically designed and labeled for that use.

Stop using the product immediately if it emits smoke, sparks, unusual odors or sounds, becomes excessively hot, or shows signs of damage.

Indoor and Outdoor Use

Products described for indoor use must not be exposed to rain, standing water, condensation, extreme humidity, or outdoor weather.

A product may be used outdoors only when its instructions or rating label expressly permit that use.

Bulbs Adapters and Accessories

Use only bulbs, adapters, cables, batteries, and accessories that meet the specifications stated for the product.

Using an incompatible component may damage the product, affect performance, or create an electrical or fire risk.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.

We may accept, reject, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Payment failure.
  • Suspected fraud.
  • Inventory errors.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Delivery restrictions.
  • Incomplete customer information.
  • Legal requirements.

If a paid order is canceled, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Prices and Availability

Product availability, prices, promotions, specifications, and assortment may change without notice.

We may correct obvious errors and limit quantities where permitted by law. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other costs are shown or handled during checkout.

Payment

You authorize the payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout and confirm that you have permission to use the selected payment method.

Delivery

Shipping and tracking are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Fragile products may require protective packaging, separate shipment, or additional carrier handling.

Returns Cancellations and Refunds

Return eligibility, condition requirements, cancellation requests, and refund processing are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy.

That policy forms part of these Terms.

Promotions

Promotions may include separate dates, eligibility requirements, exclusions, quantity limits, and redemption conditions.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • One discount code may be used per order.
  • Discounts cannot be applied after checkout.
  • Offers cannot be combined.
  • Promotional benefits have no cash value.

We may correct obvious promotional errors where permitted by law.

You agree that order confirmations, receipts, delivery notices, policy updates, and customer-care responses may be provided electronically.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and reviewing spam or filtered folders.

We may moderate or remove submissions where permitted but are not required to publish every submission.

The website and its content, including text, photography, product presentation, graphics, logos, trademarks, and layout, are owned by Lunerr, HONGKONG YIXINYUAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, their affiliates, or their licensors.

Content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Shopify and Third-Party Services

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used by the store.

Products are sold by Lunerr, operated by HONGKONG YIXINYUAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, and not by Shopify.

The Services may also use third-party payment tools, carriers, analytics services, applications, or external links. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the Services where permitted by law.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee that a product’s color, brightness, lighting effect, or appearance will be identical under every condition or satisfy every individual preference.

Statutory guarantees and consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunerr, its operator, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the Services or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier interruption, customs action, severe weather, natural disaster, supplier delay, labor disruption, government action, utility failure, or network outage.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunerr and its service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Services are being misused or these Terms have been violated.

Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.

Severability

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or separated from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Payment Option page, and other policies presented during checkout, form the agreement governing the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the location of the business operator, without limiting mandatory rights that apply in a customer’s place of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may publish revised Terms with an updated date.

Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is legally required.
